Al and his wife, Betty, were the longtime former owners of lot 214, and Dad and father-in-law to Jack and Shirley in lot 208. Although we will miss him greatly, he lived a long and happy life, including many wonderful summers in Ogunquit.

He lived in Rockville most of his life until recently moving to Avery Heights in Hartford. Al was a proud veteran of World War II serving in the Army Air Corps in the South Pacific. A truly patriotic man, he never passed an American Flag without saluting. Al worked for 35 years for the Southern New England Telephone Company before retiring in 1982. He was a 50 plus year member of the Rockville Union Congregational Church. Al was very active with his two sons, coaching Little League and Town Basketball. He was a lifetime member of the Rockville and Coventry Fish and Game Clubs and loved to fish and be outdoors. Besides his wife Betty, he leaves his sons; Jack Judge and his wife Shirley, Robert Judge and his wife Bonnie; his daughter Diane Peskurich, his grandchildren; Craig Judge, Serena Judge, Cara Revett, Christine Peskurich, Alaina Judge and 4 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may join the family on Thursday, February 19, 2015 from 10 - 11 am at The Burke-Fortin Funeral Home, 76 Prospect St., Rockville. A Funeral Home Service will follow at 11:00.
